• 1 pm Project Overview: Join our team and make a difference in the lives of patients As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II (PSR II), you'll play a vital role in our healthcare organization by providing exceptional patient care and accurate phlebotomy services.
  
  Key Responsibilities: Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain accurate records.
  
  Create a positive and welcoming environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and trust. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and team members.
  
  Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington). 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
  
  Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
