Committed to care, Phlebotomists at NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester can enter a room and bring comfort, calm and compassion. Join a team of Phlebotomists in a fast-paced hospital, outpatient laboratory and at a skilled nursing facilities drawing blood for laboratory tests as requested by physicians in accordance with established procedures.

This is a full time evening shift position working Monday

• Friday 3:30pm

• 11:30pm plus rotating weekends and holidays (variable shifts). Location is our NYP Westchester campus in Bronxville, opposite the Metro North Station.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience/expertise in venipuncture technique preferred.

Required Criteria

• Two years prior hospital or SNF experience.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred

• Must be able to function well under the normal pressures of hospital laboratory work.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Basic PC and LIS proficiency
