• Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited agency

• Perform Blood collections on all age groups

• Provide excellent customer service skills to our patients

• Proficient data entry experience

• Partner in Patient Care

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required, which must include the primary doses and the booster dose if eligible - exemptions from vaccination requirement for medical and religious reasons will be considered if a conditional offer of employment is extended.*
