Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for more than 30 years. Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness including chemical dependency. Centennial Peaks offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities. Our dynamic leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department. Our hospital is fortunate to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services.
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team. Must have certification as a Phlebotomist. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing blood, labeling blood samples, and preparing them for laboratory analysis.

Position Summary
The Phlebotomist provides all blood draws for the facility per physician order.
Ensure that all samples are properly stored and transported to the lab
Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results

Qualifications
Qualifications
A minimum of a High School Diploma with patient care experience is required. Post-secondary training or education in related field with experience preferred.
One-year phlebotomy experience and certification as a Phlebotomist. Preferred one-year experience working with a psychiatric patient.
This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential. This individual must have the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
