Summary

Working as part of the Culture and People Development team you have a passion for giving back to our communities locally and more broadly and combining Corporate success with a broader purpose across the Globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support and enable the development of the Culture and People Development programs and Calendar

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of a global employee match program, and the implementation of associated software across the blended org

  • Coordinate volunteer and community programs as requested

  • Work with the Philanthropy and Community Liaison Lead and the broader Culture and People Development team to maximise the potential of our Culture and Philanthropy programs

  • Help Coordinate fundraising activities & campaigns within the Americas region with particular focus on Santa Cruz and San Jose

  • Assist with site tours for community organizations

  • Respond to external community relations questions and requests

  • Maintain internal resources (intranet, email alias, documentation, etc.)

  • To liaise internally with teams such as Marketing, Legal, WPS etc to ensure Philanthropy activities are compliant with policies and procedures

  • To develop and maintain agreed metrics for Philanthropy, Community Liaison and CSR to share the value of employee efforts and facilitate and Global Philanthropy community.

  • To support other Culture and People Development team members as needed.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Knowledgeable of philanthropy and community relations programs, policies and practices with experience managing programs in related area

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Exceptional cross-collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and events

  • Degree Level Education

Desirable:

  • Language skills
