If you are at least 55 years old and have a minimum of five years or more experience in an Industrial Controls Engineering environment, then our Phased Retirement Program could be the perfect match. This is an excellent opportunity to ease into retirement while mentoring the next generation of automation professionals.

The Senior Engineer position will be primarily either project or task oriented in a technical or engineering role. You will generally work as part of a team under the direction of a senior technical resource, but you must be capable of working independently as well.

This is a proactive role, so the process may take longer.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in field

  • Experience in configuration

  • Deep understanding of one or more of the following platforms:

  • Honeywell Experion

  • S88 Batch

  • Delta V

  • Siemens PCS7

  • Strong process and plant operation knowledge in Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Power and/or Pulp and Paper

  • Ability to act as technical trainer/mentor to staff engineers for purposes of knowledge transfer.

  • Must be able to travel as needed
