Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician in our mail order pharmacy, you will be responsible for duties associated with the fulfillment of prescriptions including automated drug dispensing systems (FF54 vial filling, ADU) and manual pick and unit of use. This role also completes loading of drugs into automated dispensing machines (Aframe, LDU and ADU). Pharmacy technicians will also be responsible all shipping functions including sortation workflow. This role will also ensure accuracy and quality standards are met by performing stray check, QA sampling for dispensed vials & quick scan prior to automated packing.

A variety of shifts available including the following:

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:00pm
  • 1:30am, Saturday 2:00pm

  • 12:30am.

  • Sunday 2:00pm
  • 12:30am, Monday

  • Wednesday 2:30pm

  • 1:00am.

  • Wednesday
  • Friday 2:30pm

  • 1:30am & Saturday 2:00pm

  • 12:30am

  • Thursday & Friday 3pm
  • 1:30am, Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm

  • 12:30am

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Frodau 2:30pm
  • 1:00am, Saturday 2:00pm

  • 12:30am

  • Monday, Thursday, Friday 2:30pm
  • 1:00am, Saturday 2:00pm

  • 12:30am

Must be flexible and enjoy working in a fast pace, team oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk and lift up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a pharmacy with understanding of prescriptions.

  • 1-2 years of work experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Prior experience with shipping/packing preferred.

  • Detail orientated & task focused.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
