Lee's Summit Medical Center is a full-service hospital serving Lee's Summit and surrounding areas. All services are supported by a medical staff of more than 300 physicians who represent more than 40 specialties. Lee's Summit Medical Center has more than 500 highly trained staff members and 50 volunteers.
As our community grows, so does our campus. Current services include Level III trauma care, Level II Stroke state designations, Accredited Chest Pain Center, Sarah Cannon Cancer Care, and an orthopedic center for excellence.
An OR expansion project is currently underway and future plans for our campus include additional expansion of service lines and in increase in our overall bed capacity. With lots of space to grow, Lee's Summit Medical Center can continue to meet the needs of the residents they serve for years to come.

To assist the Pharmacist with the provision, preparation, proper storage, accountability, and delivery of pharmaceuticals. Communicate with and support the Care Team with Medication Therapy Management processes.
Support student rotations to provide students with a meaningful understanding of the pharmacy technician role at LSMC. Maintain skills technical pharmacy skills and compliance of pharmacy procedures and policies to deliver timely and high quality Medication Therapy Management product at LSMC.
Education: Current Senior level High School student or High School Graduate required that will be pursuing a medical career after secondary education.
Certifications: Must have applied for or have Missouri State Pharmacy Technician or Intern registration upon hire.
Experience: None required: Prefer individuals that are pursuing a healthcare career.
