Your Responsibilities:

• Dispensary Support: Assist in the dispensary to ensure smooth operations.
• Customer Engagement: Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries or requests.
• Prescription Management: Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Dosage Monitoring: Ensure prescribed dosages are managed and monitored correctly.
• Administrative Duties: Handle paperwork and monthly claims as needed.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to every customer.
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other duties as required to support the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Irish Pharmacy Technician is favourable.
