Job Summary

• Pharmacy Technician assists in drug preparation, storage, distribution and inventory management within a variety of pharmacy environments.

• Technician works under direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associates degree preferred.

License/Certification/Registration

• Registration with the MN Board of Pharmacy as a technician required upon hire.

• Completion of pharmacy technician training program by a board-approved program before 1 year license renewal.

• Completion of Technician Certification program (PTCB or ExCPT) within the first year of hire.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, every 4th weekend, occasional holiday; 64 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $18.50 - $25.75 per hour
