Overview Direct, assist and train technician 1 personnel. Ensure that technician 1 personnel are performing required duties.

Assist technician 1 personnel in the performance of their duties. a) Manage omnicell medication lists, add and delete access as requested by the director. Manage medication recalls. or b) Assist the director in schedule preparation. Manage outdate checking.

Manage sterility testing and record keeping. or c) Manage medication procurement. Attend buyers group meetings. Inform and consult with director regarding medications in short supply or that are or will be unavailable.

Prepare medication and deliver or cause to be delivered to the patient within 1 hour. Prepare IV admixture solutions as required using aseptic technique. Print medication labels. Prepare and file paperwork, (logs, controlled substance forms). Performs other related duties as requested by the pharmacy director.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Assists with, maintains and adheres to established ministerial, facility and departmental polices, procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Demonstrates high level of proficiency in EPIC, Omnicell and Medi dose pharmacy computer systems.

Demonstrates the ability to review MAR and medication orders, answer questions and troubleshoot. Runs fill lists and reports as required. Proficient in ordering and receiving medication, including controlled substances.

Ensures that monthly floor and cart inspections are completed. Ensures that sterility testing and documentation is up to date. Corrects and troubleshoots charge issues.

Helps maintain central pharmacy med lists. Assists with stocking of ordered medications. Assists with documentation and replacement of missing medications.

Ensures that IV fill lists, automatic stop orders, charge sheets, medical expense summaries, omnicell error logs, and other reports are being on the computer as requested. Ensures recording of daily refrigerator temperatures. Ensures recording of IV room pressure logs.

Ensures that outdated medications are removed and quarantined. Read, signs and responds to memos. Ensures required CE is current and maintains copies.

Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings. Maintains pharmacy technician board certification.

This hourly position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service skills to Corporate and Branch Office employees with telephone related issues while supporting the Telecom Service team. Leggett is looking for a self-starting individual who enjoys seeing the results of a quality job completed. Requirements * Possess strong work ethic and interpersonal/communication skills (verbal and written). * High School Diploma or GED equivalent. * Desire to deliver maximum effort to the project and stay on task through completion. * Knowledge and ability to terminate a Cat5e/Cat6 network cable and certify the process. * Knowledge of personal computer usage and operation. * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Organize all documentations for branch locations from evaluation survey through system deployment and maintenance. * Ability and desire to learn new skills and techniques. * Ability to manage and prioritize several support tasks at one time. * Ability to learn and work with new computer related software systems. * Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with a wide range of people and personalities. * Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to travel to assist with telecom equipment installations, approximately 25% – 50% of the time. * Ability to be on installation trips for a week or weeks at a time. * Ability to tone trace a cable to determine its termination point in a 66, 110 or RJ45 frame. * Ability to setup/add/move/change Avaya Digital and IP Telephones from command line on an Avaya Communication Server. * Ability to configure and deploy a Cisco IP Phone on a Cisco Unified Communication Manager server. * Ability to configure/change functions to an Auto Attendant on Avaya and Cisco Voice Application Servers. * Ability to complete add/move/changes to phones on a Business Communication Manager system. * Ability to manage/complete telecom helpdesk tickets as a daily routine. * Ability to organize/track the distribution of telecom parts, supplies, phones, cables, and headsets. * Ability to work with telecom equipment vendors for ordering and warranty claims and provide a daily progress report. * Ability to complete changes to telecom systems for changes to user needs and settings along with direct dial access. * Ability to complete changes to user settings in the Corporate Active Directory. * Ability to mount and maintain network switches, ALGO paging adapters, and paging amplifiers. * Ability to patch AVPN routers for AT&T LAN migration. Desired Skills * Experience with VoIP telephony technology systems. * Experience in the telecommunication field to complete troubleshooting diagnostics and repairs. * Experience operating a business phone and use of its standard features. * Knowledge of cable system design, deployment, and installation. * Knowledge of Access Point deployment design for delivering the maximum coverage at the lowest cost. * Experience with wide area and local area network infrastructure. * Experience with public address paging system installation design and connectivity for large factory environments.
