Symbria Rx Services is seeking a Pharmacy Automation Technician to add to our growing team at our Pharmacy in Woodridge, IL.

Responsibilities
What you'll do as a Pharmacy Automation Technician:
Accurately retrieve, count, measure, prepare, package, and label medications.
Operate and properly maintain pharmacy equipment related to job duties:
Parata PASS500, PASS576, Parata Safe Loader, Parata Perl Inspector
Assist in maintaining and managing supplies.
Work each day to meet established deadlines for medication cycle delivery.
Comply with all applicable government regulations, standards of practice, company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Current unencumbered license in the state of practice: Certified Pharmacy Technician (certification not required for Illinois Pharmacy Technicians licensed before 2008).
Experience in long-term care or hospital pharmacy preferred.
General computer knowledge including Windows applications.
Excellent math, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to work in a flexible schedule as 24/7/365 operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
