Work on the pharmacy help desk grievance team. Responsible for data entry and triage of grievances to coordinators Able to update Excel Spreadsheet for leadership review Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
One year pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program. Working knowledge of third-party claims process. Top Required Skills/Experience Retail Pharmacy experience Strong computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc.) Required Skills/Experience Detail Oriented Ability to multi-task Willingness to accept change Preferred Skills/Experience Quick learner Good communicator Beware of scams.
