Must haves:
2+ years retail pharmacy technician experience or customer service pharmacy experience
2 + years of billing and claims/Patient Service experience
retail/specialty/prior authorization experience
High school diploma or equivalent
CPhT is required within 6 months of starting.

High School Diploma or equivalent and Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is required (within 6mths after starting)
This person must be comfortable on the phones and have previous delivery coordination and claims/billing experience.
Have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital personnel;
Perform basic office environment tasks;
Have the aptitude to maintain proficiency in all Pharmacy computer systems, automated dispensing cabinet software and systems, and all technical equipment - - Required to perform duties; and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Internet. High volume retail pharmacy
Recognize common drug names, and select proper drug, dosage form, strength and quantity, as appropriate for review by the Pharmacist.
Throughout the work period you will be coordinating deliveries and pickups via Phone.
You will also provide timely communication to the Pharmacist for checking and general activities including proper customer service, patient/employee safety, operational/schedule needs, inventory control, etc
