Position Summary:

As the Pharmacy Technician within our call center, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and respond to prescription refill requests, medication inquiries and other customer-related questions. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, processing medication orders, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent. 0-2 years of relevant experience required. 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

Certification Preferred -Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification or equivalent may be required (On-going: Obtain PTCB or NHA certification and OH Board of Pharmacy Certified Registered Technician status within first 270 days of employment and maintained for continued employment)
