PharMerica Indianapolis facility is hiring for the Pharmacy Support Clerk to join our team.
Pharmacy Support Clerk assist pharmacy leadership in maintaining pharmacy records and compliance with Drug Enforcement Agency, Board of Pharmacy, and other regulatory agencies and requirements.
Works with pharmacy staff to maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records.
Maintains controlled substances logs within pharmacy computer systems.
Responsible for retrieval of all narcotic kit and emergency supply prescriptions.
Prepares and verifies accuracy of audit reports and prescription manifests logs.
Maintains physician database and monitors and updates all physician profiles.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

High school diploma.
Basic understanding of drugs, medication terminology, and metric system; ability to operate a computer.
Licenses/Certifications: As required by state regulations and business needs.
Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, customer service, written and oral communication.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 1:00pm to 10:00pm and some weekends.
