Responsibilities

• Control drug accountability including controlled substances and hazardous waste

• Inventory management including floor stocks and outdates

• Automated drug distribution, bar-coding and packaging

• Sterile products preparation and daily IV systems management

• Performs computer order entry, billing, word processing

• Productivity and workflow management

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Enrollment in a College of Pharmacy

• Current license with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist Extern

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Experience in Sterile Products Preparation

• Knowledge of automated drug distribution systems and nomenclature
