Job Summary
This position will support our Medication Therapy Management team. This centralized team supports all of UK Healthcare's retail pharmacy locations, as well as enterprise efforts to maintain and improve medication adherence rates to positively impact Medicare Star Ratings.
This position requires providing optimal, conversational customer service to patients, the ability to prioritize job responsibilities while multi-tasking, and a willingness to contribute to expansion efforts to further grow the team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, proactive refill calls for UKHC pharmacy patients, outreach to UKHC patients regarding medication adherence, gathering information to support pharmacist outreach and collaborating with other members of the pharmacy team.
This position also includes administrative and other miscellaneous job-related tasks/activities as assigned by the supervising pharmacist. Pharmacy experience and excellent communication skills are preferred.

This position requires dependability and the ability to prioritize. The successful candidate must be reliable and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree and hospital and/or retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.
