Position Title: Pharmacy Resident Department:
Pharmacy-E # Purpose: Assists the staff Pharmacists in providing professional pharmacy services.
The Pharmacy Resident will be able to perform in any functional area of the department to provide accurate and efficient dispensing of medications. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Resident provides pharmaceutical services, both distributive and clinical, to patients, nursing staff and other clinical services staff of the Medical Center, including information on the safe and effective use of medications.

If international, Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Certificate with a passing score on the Internet Based Test of English as a Foreign Languate. If graduate of an accredited PharmD program in the United States, must obtain licensure within six months of graduation. If licensed Pharmacist in another country, must obtain licensure within 15 months of start of internship.
