Position Summary

EPIC is searching for a National Pharmacy Benefit Consulting Practice Leader, for the employee benefits brokerage and consulting practice. As a leader of the Pharmacy Consulting team, you will be joining a highly professional and focused employee benefits team that will rely on your leadership to embark upon innovation and creativity that produces significant cost management and sustainable solutions for clients and colleagues. In this role you will support New Business Development, Client Service Delivery of ongoing strategy, Innovating new solutions and approaches for client pharmacy programs, Mentoring and Managing the Pharmacy Service Team. This is a National role, open to all locations in the US, although preferably either Atlanta or Houston.

What You'll Do

EPIC's growing employee benefits practice supports clients across the US in a wide range of industries and size. Our large employee consulting practice is supported by a pharmacy practice to ensure our clients have the best cost management solutions and strategies available in the market. As a Pharmacy Benefit Consulting Practice Leader you will lead a dynamic pharmacy consulting team driving exceptional insights, client satisfaction, financial and clinical value by leveraging core enterprise technology, service and assets to deliver unique, market differentiating value In partnership with the executive leadership team. You will serve as the lead consultant for strategic client engagements. You will drive thought leadership via speaking at public events, conferences and webinars that is sought after and rewarded. You will recruit, select, hire and train the best talent for the segment

Business Development

  • Support new client acquisition facilitated by the business development teams and producers

  • Secure new business from existing clients by optimizing performance and increasing portfolio solutions

  • Collaborate with EPIC leaders on cross-functional/enterprise sales opportunities

Service Delivery

  • Accountable for fulfillment of all client deliverables, ensuring value is delivered

  • Accountable for client satisfaction results

  • Work with EPIC leaders on strategic cross-enterprise business initiatives

  • Develop best practices by championing consistent processes, tools and techniques for profitable delivery, continual improvement in quality standards to meet overall business goals

Innovation

  • Collaborate with the account management and consulting teams to develop new solutions for clients that result in revenue growth with viable margins

  • Build differentiated capability through innovation, proven solutions and deep content expertise

  • Provide practice and/or thought leadership at a national level

  • Viewed in local market and/or internally as a known "brand" - is sought out by clients, prospects and colleagues for advice

  • Makes significant contributions to a high-profile initiative which has significantly shaped or impacted the business

Mentoring and Managing

  • Recruits, retains and engages a high performing diverse team

  • Supervises a support team of consultants

  • Fosters a culture of teamwork and diversity

  • Acts as a trusted advisor to internal and external clients and colleagues

  • Identifies development opportunities for consultants which make the team better and improve the client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational training or business experience

  • RPh., PharmD, MBA preferred

  • 7+ years pharmacy consulting experience and supervisory experience

  • 7+ years account management/client facing experience

  • Able to understand business principles and apply them accordingly

  • Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • High level of accountability and flexibility

  • Able to travel up to 50%

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience

  • Demonstrate good judgment while managing projects, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency

  • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and proactive

  • Open and willing to receive and give constructive critique

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

We are seeking a Tunneling/Geotechnical Practice Leader to join our firm. Responsibilities: * Develop strategic plans; build relationships with public and private clients (contractors) and the industry leaders. * Grow the tunneling and underground practice in the firm by the development of pursuit strategies, technical concepts, and proposal technical approaches * Be part of go/no-go team reviews and provide technical oversight of proposal preparation. * Establishing and developing teaming relationships with other consulting firms as necessary * Help identify, attract, and assist in recruiting additional tunneling and geotechnical staff * Provide technical oversight, recommend design concepts, solutions, and methodologies * Attend industry events, serve on panels, and publish to foster STV's tunneling and underground engineering practice * Organize the tunneling, underground structures, staff into a single operating group managing their daily performance * Lead, manage, and deliver tunneling and underground engineering services on projects including geotechnical, tunneling Qualifications: * Master's degree in tunneling or geotechnical engineering * Minimum of 20 years of tunnel and underground related experience * Professional registration in at least one state and willingness to register in other states if needed * Thoroughly knowledgeable of geotechnical aspects, difficult ground conditions, and various tunneling methods, techniques and tunnel modelling software * Candidate shall be a seller-doer, independent thinker, and self-starter * Strong relationships and name recognition within the industry * Membership with relevant professional organizations and active participation in National tunneling and/or geotechnical associations * Publications in technical journals and conferences and seminars * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Leadership characteristics * Strategic thinker, with demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and gain the support of others * Ability to work in a matrix organization * Ability to work with minimal direction * Ability and willingness to travel STV is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
