Pharmacy Operations Manager

Job Summary We're looking for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our PharmScript team. In this role, you will be responsible for all management, coordination, and implementation of designated pharmacy initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, pharmacy remodels, new construction, floor re-designs, best practice implementation, strategic initiative rollouts, staffing support management, and employee training. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will be responsible for helping all pharmacies achieve and maintain compliance and relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures. In addition, this role will be responsible for coordinating with regional site leadership to provide staffing support as needed to each network pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator. They are always a team player, eager to jump in where needed and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy and needs of customers.
