Pharmacy Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our award-winning healthcare team at a Forbes Top 100 Hospital in beautiful Buckeye Lake, Ohio. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staffing, customer satisfaction, and employee performance assessment
• Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy on strategic planning, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage financial and material resources to control costs and adhere to departmental budgets
• Apply advanced pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic principles to optimize patient care
• Provide critical support during Code Blue and Code Trauma situations
• Implement and maintain healthcare system policies and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities
• Conduct regular department meetings to ensure clear communication and follow-up on key initiatives
• Participate in community service projects aligned with our mission and values

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Active Ohio Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license
• Minimum 3 years of clinical (hospital-based) pharmacy experience (2 years considered)
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in pharmacokinetics and dose adjustments for patients with renal or hepatic impairment
