Short DescriptionResponsible for the management and coordination of multiple pharmacy-related projects. Leads the planning and implementation of programs and activities that support the safe and efficient operation of the pharmacy.Creates detailed project plans and works with internal and external stakeholders to execute plan within specified timeframes.

Provides innovative solutions and overcomes barriers. Communicates project status on a regular basis to administration and pharmacy director.Supports overall safe and efficient operation of pharmacy at the direction of pharmacy director

Provides supervision and guidance to pharmacy personnel as assigned by pharmacy director

Evaluates and identifies opportunities for improvement to support efficient and safe care

Special Requirements

Scheduled Days / Hours: WEEKDAYS


Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy.


Required License/Certifications/ Registration:

Current NJ-PHARMAC New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure)

Other Qualifications:

At least 5 years hospital pharmacy experience; supervisory experience required.

Will be engaged in procedure and policy development, performance improvement activities, clinical competency activities and professional and community outreach activities. This position supports organizational goals by participating in safety oriented activities, providing quality customer service, performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation. Special Requirements Scheduled Days / Hours: Variable; Per Diem - as needed Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited EMT-Paramedic training program. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' experience within an active EMS system providing Advanced Life Support (ALS). Previous flight and/or transport experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Required License/Certifications/ Registration: Current NJ Paramedic certification or eligible for reciprocity. NREMT-P preferred. CCEMT-P preferred. Current BLS, ACLS, PHTLS and PALS certification. ICS 100, 200 & 700, FP-C certification within 1 year of hire. Current state issued driver's license with clean driving record Other Qualifications: Must be physically able to work in all weather and environmental conditions, able to lift and move patients in all circumstance and perform all duties consistent with providing ALS and/or BLS in the pre-hospital or interfacility environment (air or ground).
