Position Description

  • Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas

  • Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas

  • Ensures confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records as required

  • Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Associates on proper Customer service approaches and techniques to ensure Customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards.

  • Oversees the implementation of and participates in community outreach programs and encourages Associates to serve as a good member of the community.

  • Provides comprehensive patient care to customers

  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates in assigned areas

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).

  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year U.S. Pharmacy related experience.

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 Posting Info Posting Dates: 12/04/2018 - No Closing Date Job Family: Finance & Accounting Department: Information and Communication Services Department Purposes The Software License Compliance Manager for the Optimize & Protect IT Assets team engages in customer software licensing, compliance and audit activities across departments and Areas of the global Church. This position also interacts across a wide variety of software manufacturers in partnership with the Vendor Management Office, technical support, product managers, engineers, and finance. The Software License Compliance Manager engages with customers utilizing software to ensure that the customers' use of the software is within the Church's licensed software entitlements/contracts. This includes discussing how software is used, projected growth, licensing structures, compliance, and audit activities. Other objectives include enhancing customer relationships, managing payment for contracts, cost allocating invoices across departments and subsidiaries, and serving as a resident expert on software licensing. Excellent contract interpretation for software licensing models, negotiation skills, and direct customer facing experience are core to this role. The individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel. Responsibilities * Administers policies governing procurement, maintenance, or disposal of IT assets * Records assets received by the organization and tracks location or use from purchase to disposal * Audits software licenses to determine usage, ensure compliance with vendor agreements, and control costs * Identifies opportunities to reduce costs through bulk purchasing, or other methods * Maintains records of purchase contracts, invoices, payments, or service level agreements * Tracks depreciation for accounting purposes Qualifications * Bachelor's degree. Graduate degrees and advanced certifications valuable. * 5+ years' experience in software industry with both technical and contractual exposure. * Experience identifying key team members, and maintaining these relationships, who will contribute specific technical expertise (database queries, custom reports, product understanding, etc.) for effective software licensing * Track record of success in managing customer engagements with primary responsibility for assessment of asset management lifecycle of software licensing * Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess software usage, contract entitlements, true-up reports, and specific * Extremely strong organizational and productivity skills to seamlessly manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required * Strong understanding of software technology, licensing, and controls with ability to understand and interpret nuances of software license agreements and contracts * Good understanding of business processes in large companies * Strong understanding of software license compliance issues in large companies * Strong analytical and problem solving skills required; attentiveness to detail * Expertise with Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, purchasing process, and cost-allocations * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely * Good facilitator and instructor, capable of producing quality documentation, good customer relationship skills * Must be goal oriented, action-focused, pragmatic, and self-disciplined * Professionally persistent, patient, respectful, honest, and strong under pressure, especially during occasional difficult conversations * Must support and reinforce organizational culture, business objectives, and management/portfolio strategy * Must align to and follow standard processes to assure quality and consistency of work product * Previous Compliance or Software Asset Management experience * Experience with ITIL and ITSM desirable * Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management modules preferred * Confidence in presenting and developing ideas and propose alternatives.
