The Pharmacy Manager will play a key role in ensuring the health and wellness of our patients and customers through the management of pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. In this leadership position, you will motivate and develop your pharmacy staff, manage daily workflows, and implement patient care programs to drive business growth and provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure patient safety through the oversight of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements. Maintain pharmacy professional practice in compliance with state and federal regulations. Implement quality assurance protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and foster a caring, compassionate environment for customers and patients. Oversee personnel management, including training, development, and performance reviews for Pharmacy Support Staff. Manage inventory and ensure accurate inventory controls to minimize losses and maintain adequate supplies.

Focus on financial profitability, contributing to the pharmacy's overall business growth. Implement effective loss prevention strategies. Lead workflow management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy.

Patient Care and Leadership: Lead with empathy and compassion, ensuring the well-being of your patients, customers, and pharmacy team. Motivate and inspire your staff by leveraging their strengths, addressing development needs, and closing knowledge gaps.

Identify business opportunities and implement solutions that improve performance and drive growth. Lead your team to achieve specific goals and adapt to changes in a dynamic community healthcare setting. Foster a team culture of caring, energy, and pride, promoting collaboration and delivering better outcomes for patients.

Utilize your expertise to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate the pharmacy from competitors. Required Qualifications: Active Pharmacy License in California.

Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List. Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA). Listed as the Pharmacist-in-Charge on the state pharmacy license. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.
