In addition to leading and directing your Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, you are accountable for the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes: Patient Safety Pharmacy Professional Practice Regulatory Requirements Quality Assurance Customer Service Personnel Management Inventory Management Financial Profitability Loss Prevention Workflow Management A key component of the Pharmacy Manager role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.

Additionally, you will: Lead with Heart - display empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team Motivate, inspire and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities and decrease knowledge gaps Identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy Successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes Align others around purpose to gain support and commitment Facilitate a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm and pride Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors *The above represents a summary of the functions of a Pharmacy Manager. Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)* Listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge' Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use).

If so, CIS Management would like to speak to you. We are looking for a multi-tasker who is self-motivated and organized to perform daily work orders. Some of the duties would include:<br />  </p> <p><strong>SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, and mechanical maintenance for our senior living community.</li> <li>Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property. (Lighting, walkways, fitness centers, storage units, parking, landscape & irrigation, etc.</li> <li>Preparing units for move-in, including but not limited to, punch-out, painting, cleaning, and any other necessary work.</li> <li>Respond to emergency calls</li> <li>Travel to other properties for coverage when needed.</li> <li><strong>Perform all other duties as assigned</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years Demonstrated knowledge of basic maintenance and repair skills, including the use of hand tools and other necessary equipment.</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision</li> <li>Superb customer service orientation and effective oral skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.</li> <li>Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to process and discuss work orders correctly.</li> <li>Ability to use a mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, step ladder, snow blower and leaf blower</li> <li>Must be available to respond to after-hour emergency calls</li> <li>Reliable transportation to travel to other properties.</li> <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more per day) to perform the following physical activities: bending, climbing step ladders, lifting, carrying, grasping, gripping, turning, reaching above shoulders, pushing and pulling, climbing stairs; stooping and squat kneel.</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION: MEDICAL, DENTAL, PTO, PAID SICK LEAVE AND 12 PAID HOLIDAYS.
