Job Overview:

Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Efficiently manage the operations of the Pharmacy. Ensure accurate prescription dispensing and appropriate consultation. Supervise pharmacy technicians, grad interns and clerks in compliance with federal and state legislation as well as store policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Actively endorses and participates in all clinical program offerings

  • Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner

  • Takes all steps required to fill prescriptions in compliance with all laws, regulations, physician orders and company policies

  • Offers advice and professional consultation in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations

  • Communicates and cooperates in a professional manner with peers, subordinates, managers, physicians, and customers in all pharmacy related areas

  • Trains pharmacy technicians and abides by state regulations regarding technician training and licensure

  • Completes performance reviews on an annual basis for each Staff Pharmacist and technician

  • Prepares weekly work schedule for department to ensure adequate coverage and service level while adhering to weekly budgets

  • Ensures timely implementation of company policies, procedures and programs; and enforces professional and operational standards, including compliance with legal regulations

  • Trains pharmacy technicians and abides by state regulations regarding technician training and licensure

  • Maintains inventory levels to company goals, rotates stock, and utilizes RX return process

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a college degree in Pharmacy (BS or PharmD)

  • Must pass the NAPLEX

  • Must pass the State MPJE

  • Must hold a valid state license

  • Meets all requirements of and maintains status as a Certified Immunizer

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays

Sr. Supplier Engineer About the Role: Responsible for assessing electrical and mechanical interactions of printed circuit assemblies, complex sub-assemblies, and sourced finished devices with hardware system-level requirements. Provides support in the creation, development, on-boarding, commercialization, and sustaining engineering of medical device accessory products as a Component Engineer in the Supplier Engineering department. The individual will be required to partner with system level R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and Marketing groups to help design, develop, evaluate and troubleshoot complex components and sourced finished devices (Contract Manufacturers and OEM suppliers). This individual works independently, serves as a leader for projects, mentors junior staff and interacts cross functionally to design experiments and execute deliverables according to business needs. He/she is refining, broadening, and applying scientific expertise within and across disciplines surrounding core business principles. Your Responsibilities Include: * Works with R&D to research, develop, design, and evaluate complex mechanical and electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies, and printed circuit assemblies for use in medical device applications. * Develops understanding of electronics manufacturing industry and key suppliers to drive commodity team sourcing decisions. * Works with suppliers around the globe to understand assembly and finished good manufacturing processes and acts as technical expert to ensure repeatable and reproducible quality/reliability during the life of the product. * Investigates and evaluates new and existing technologies for use in future products or improve quality/reliability of current product. * Interfaces with suppliers and mentor's junior engineers and commodity team members to support investigation of supplied material issues or supply constraints. * Drives troubleshooting processes on-site at supplier facility. * Remains knowledgeable of technologies within functional area, technology of expertise, and in the competitive landscape (e.g. relevant literature, attending conferences/meetings); identifies new applications for existing technologies. * Designs/documents complex experiments/protocols (e.g. DOE) to align with project goals, both internal and external; executes independently and directs junior staff with execution; develops experimental path to meet POTC. * Serves as a liaison between function and core team; compiles experimental results and communicates them to core team; communicates resulting impact of the data to project team; typically serves on projects of higher impact. * Identifies what resources are required to meet project milestones; makes recommendations to team leader. * In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications * 5 – 7 yrs. experience with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) * 3 – 5 yrs. experience with Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) * Excellent project management skills are a must. * Strong bias for action and results orientation is critical. * Individual must be self-driven and self-motivated to learn and use that knowledge to produce results. * Good understanding of statistical methods, six sigma methodologies, DOE, previous experience in designing assemblies or components. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in working with suppliers is preferred. * Previous experience with electronics manufacturing is preferred.
