Job Summary
The Pharmacy Education Coordinator will work collaboratively with a host of internal and external stakeholders to develop content and ensure successful delivery of the pharmacy staff onboarding program, the execution of pharmacy staff competency, continuing education programs, and the successful maintenance of the pharmacy residency programs.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge and understanding of pharmacy or medical education and training; and new employee onboarding and training.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience
Healthcare management, human resources, and/or education experience preferred.
