You'll take as manyas 50-70 calls per day from members who have questions about their prescriptionsand you'll use your personality and our tools to make each call successful. Thisis no small opportunity. This is where you can bring your compassion for otherswhile building your career.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week)Monday- Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work our 8 hourshift schedule during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 4:30pm). It may benecessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office islocated at 680 - 706 West Price River Drive, Price, UT, 84501.

PrimaryResponsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues relatedto benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries

  • Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits, useof plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims orinquiries

  • Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documentingrequired information in computer systems

  • Identify issues and communicate solutions and steps to customers, pharmacies and physicians with prescription orders andreorders

  • Make outbound calls to customers on prescription orders andpayment issues

This role is equally challengingand rewarding. You'll be called on to research complex issues pertaining tomember prescription and/or pharmacy benefits across multiple databases whichrequires fluency in computer navigation and toggling while confidently andcompassionately engaging with the caller.

RequiredQualifications

  • High school diploma or GED OR equivalent workexperience

  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, whichincludes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer systemapplications

  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevantinformation, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office,administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers asthe primary job tools
