You'll take as many as 50 to 70 calls per day from memberswho have questions about their prescriptions and you'll use your personality andour tools to make each call successful. This is no small opportunity. This iswhere you can bring your compassion for others while building yourcareer.
This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday
Sunday.Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shiftschedules during our normal business hours of (5:00am
10:00pm). It may benecessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Ouroffice is located at 3515 Harbor Blvd, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues relatedto benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries
Guide and educate callers on their prescription benefits, useof plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims orinquiries
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documentingrequired information in computer systems
Identify issues and communicate solutions and steps to customers, pharmacies and physicians with prescription orders andreorders
Make outbound calls to customers onprescription orders and payment issues
This role is equally challenging andrewarding. You'll be called on to research complex issues pertaining to memberprescription and /or pharmacy benefits across multiple databases which requiresfluency in computer navigation and toggling while confidently andcompassionately engaging with the caller.

High school diploma or GED OR equivalent workexperience
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, whichincludes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer systemapplications
Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevantinformation, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
1 year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office,administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers asthe primary job tools
State of California or National Pharmacy Technician license
