Position Summary: Senior Manager will serve as a key member of the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (P&CW) Marketing Team to assist the businesses and Consumer Success & Growth organization in achieving their strategic goals. The P&CW organization supports our 10k retail store locations: products, clinics, and pharmacies. This role will be responsible for providing analysis, guidance, and direction within areas of expertise; and developing relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional team members as required in support of initiatives. Has responsibility for assisting with all aspects of a project such as strategic development, coordination, implementation and communication strategy. This role reports directly to the P&CW Chief of Staff with direct access to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Exciting opportunity to have direct exposure to Senior Leadership across the retail organization including a breath of scope that provides holistic visibility into retail and the ability to liaison with stakeholders outside of marketing across merchandising, finance, corporate communications, and Enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives, including areas of tactical and strategic support.

  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create and package high-value, clear and concise strategy decks and background materials for key Executive meetings.

  • Design, own, and execute compelling strategy materials and manage share-out of plans across CVS retail organization on regular cadence.

  • Provides support to the Chief of Staff to ensuring core business initiatives are delivered in an efficiently and timeline manner.

  • Developing a communication strategy / approach customized and tailored to specific audiences (i.e. Exec. Level, internal, peer to peer, etc.)

  • Working closely with Executive Senior Leadership and extended team to support leaders in delivering on commitments and advancing the P&CW marketing organization, including cross-functional initiatives and priorities.

  • Working with the marketing teams to ensure the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objectives and is delivered in a timely manner.

  • Working closely with business intelligence and analytic teams to visualize results, key data points for an executive audience.

  • Demonstrating an ability to be agile, managing multiple complex priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm.

  • Ability to operate within the grey and successfully navigate ambiguity to deliver a quality product.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required w/ Masters/ MBA preferred

  • 7 years of overall Marketing or related experience

  • 3 years of Consulting Expertise (Senior Consultant, Consultant or Strategy Consultant)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal oversight.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust approach to accommodate your audience. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously

  • Hybrid work environment - proximity to Hartford, Rhode Island, New York or Chicago Locations

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing and project management preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,200.00 - $174,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
