Rx To Go is a specialty oral oncology pharmacy located at the corporate offices (Fort Myers) of Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) and Research Institute. Rx To Go specializes in delivering newer oral oncology medications to our patients throughout the state of Florida, where the pharmacy is licensed. Strong Telephone usage and computer accuracy is essential in our specialty division.

Our Specialty Pharmacy in Fort Myers, FL is searching for a POSITION to join our team!

Full-time (40 hours), Monday

  • Friday Work Week, Days (Example: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Compliance Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Compliance Manager and Coordinators as well as performing administrative duties including appropriately distributing compliance information, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring any required information is current and reported to the appropriate agencies, as requested.

This position requires excellent administrative skills, including manipulation and utilization of computer software and typing, as well as understanding compliance policies related to the pharmacy industry.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Higher preferred

Previous Experience:
2 Years Pharmacy Technician Experience preferred
1 Year(s) Compliance and/or Secretarial Experience preferred
1 Year(s) Internal Pharmacy Experience preferred

Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Proficiency in all Pharmacy Software Programs and Practice Programs

Certifications/Licenses:

Registered Pharmacy Technician Required (FL RPT)

Certified Pharmacy Technician a plus (PTCB)
