We are seeking a highly professional and dedicated individual to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM as a Client Service Representative in the pharmaceutical industry at our Pharmacy in Auburn, MA!
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacies. Responsibilities
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:
Facilitate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our pharmacy staff, ensuring that information flows smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure Seamless Operations: Assist in coordinating orders, deliveries, and any necessary adjustments to ensure a seamless and efficient service experience for our clients.
Collaborate with Pharmacy Teams: Work closely with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of prescriptions and other pharmaceutical needs.
Enhance Customer Experience: Continuously seek ways to improve our service and streamline client interactions to enhance overall satisfaction.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position requires flexibility to travel to different client locations to support the company business needs.
Qualifications
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge of business English, spelling and commercial arithmetic with ability to write in a clear and legible manner.
Knowledge of, or willingness to fully develop understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations pertaining to, independent living, personal care, and skilled nursing in the states serviced by Symbria Rx Services.
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
Excellent professional phone and customer service skills.
Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions.
General computer knowledge including Windows applications.
Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
