1.Maintains inventory levels by placing orders and/or receiving drugs/medical supplies.
2.Stocks pharmacy with appropriate drugs and supplies and orders pharmaceutical supplies.
3.Receives and routes telephone calls, arranges shipment dates, and assists in referral intake as needed.
4.Maintains patient files, generated prescription paperwork/labels, and clinical paperwork.
5.Creates communication notes based on patient contact.
6.Packs and ships pharmaceuticals to patients. Assist warehouse with double checks.
7.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED) required.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft programs
