• $16-$20/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

• Work Schedule: Shifts are Monday

• Friday and will rotate during hours of 8:00 am

• 6:00 pm.

As a Pharmacy Call Center Agent, your tasks will include:

• Managing phone inquiries, updating patient records, and providing information on services and medication status

• Enrolling mail-order patients, educating on pharmacy services, and completing third-party rebilling process

• May lead staff by overseeing schedules, training, and audits, along with other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

• One year's experience in customer service, billing, cashier, and/or data entry is preferred

• Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required (level 9 for bilingual differential pay)

• Knowledge of medical billing and terminology preferred

• Effective communication and customer relations skills, conflict resolution abilities, and teamwork proficiency

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, multitasking capabilities, attention to detail, and basic 10-key proficiency

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Drug testing: This position requires testing for controlled substances before employment and you will also be subject to further testing throughout employment.
