What We Offer
$17.31-$21.21/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
Additional 4% pay for your bilingual skills
Work schedule is Monday
Friday only, 10:00am
7:00pm - no weekends or holidays
Additional 10% pay for all shifts that end at 7:00pm

As a Pharmacy Assistant, your tasks will include:
Managing phone calls, patient data, prescriptions, and inventory
Coordinating prescription delivery and counseling
Monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and checking expiration dates
Handling billing, refills, and clinical responsibilities in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Pharmacy Assistant state registration within 60 days of employment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
Customer-focused solid communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with medical terminology
Proficient in administrative tasks like answering phones, filing, and scanning
Works well in a team and fast-paced environment
Organized with attention to detail
Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office
Preferred knowledge of at least one pharmacy software system
Drug testing: This position requires testing for controlled substances before employment and will be subject to further testing throughout employment.
