CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented pharmacy professionals who want to elevate their career to the next level. We are currently conducting a search for a Pharmacy Assistant (Clerk) to join a growing team of colleagues at our Hawaii Pacific

• Straub location in Honolulu, HI, to provide administrative, clerical and customer support to the pharmacy through various activities.

Pay rate: $19-$21 per hour based on experience, plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve pharmacy customers in-person and via phone in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

• Look up pharmacy customers in computer system to determine status of orders.

• Escalate and communicate any issues to pharmacy liaisons as appropriate.

• Operate pharmacy point of sale (POS) system to accurately process prescription transactions.

• Troubleshoot billing issues with pharmacy customers via phone.

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxes daily.

• Order pharmacy and office supplies for the site along with placing orders for business cards, forms, certificates and other printed documents as needed.

• Order mailing supplies (FedEx, USPS, etc.) and packing/shipping supplies (coolers, bubble wrap, order form paper, etc.)

• Order non-routine courier service as needed, maintain routine and non-routine courier records, and help resolve any issues with the pharmacy courier service.

• Maintain compliance standards and accreditation requirements (temperature testing, shipping verification).

• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Provide a high-level of customer service

• Excellent organization skills with an attention to detail

• Basic computer skills including experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook

And bonus points if you have:

• Developing a career in the pharmacy field by pursuing a pharmacy technician license

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test

• Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months

• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity

• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving

• Hep B3 Series

• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st

• April 30 th

• COVID Vaccine
