Regional One Health is currently seeking a PRN Pharmacist / Float for our Inpatient Pharmacy downtown. JOB SUMMARY AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:# Provides professional pharmacy services.# Reviews, interprets, monitors and dispenses medications, drugs and other pharmaceutical as prescribed by physician and according to professional standards and practices. Performs duties on an as needed basis as defined by the float pool and/or PRN guidelines. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy, M.S., and/or Pharm D preferred.# Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the neonate, infant, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates. EXPERIENCE: Experience in patient care as obtained through completion of an approved pharmacy program. LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION: Tennessee Licensure as a Pharmacist.# Additional certification may be required based on assignment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Subject to standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pulling, reaching and bending to access supplies and fill orders; wrist and digital dexterity.
