Must hold an active Virginia Pharmacy license and be a registered medical professional with the Board of Pharmacy Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail (compliance) Excellent oral and written communication skills MS Office proficient with the ability to utilize and navigate multiple software platforms with ease Knowledge of cannabis is a plus DUTIES: Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations and follow-ups to ensure that patients and caregivers are receiving accurate and helpful information in a caring and compassionate way Follow policies and procedures and execute all company programs for customer service, patient and visitor management, state compliance, and safety and security guidelines Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration Effectively and diplomatically handle employee or customer concerns and complaints while interfacing with the Store Manager and the Regional Manager Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
