CVS CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy is an innovative pharmacy specializing in chronic disease conditions like transplant, Multiple Sclerosis, HIV, Oncology, Hepatitis C and Autoimmune. We operate in an intimate, apothecary environment setting with the resources and security of a Fortune Top 10 company. We are seeking a full time Staff Pharmacist to accurately fill prescriptions, provide exceptional care and service to our customers and clients, perform marketing activities with sales staff and assist in networking with local physicians.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience providing exceptional customer service ensuring that both medical professionals and patients are responded to with accurate and timely information.

  • Proven ability to work in teams, providing leadership to enable timely completion of assigned work requirements.

  • Current license as a MA Pharmacist in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialty Pharmacy experience

  • Clinical knowledge and therapy management for Transplant, HIV, HCV, Oncology, Auto-Immune and others as needed.

  • Bi-lingual


Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D

VIEW JOBS 3/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-18T00:00 Job Description The Associate Director of SP Operations will support ongoing SP strategy and engagement by identifying new strategic opportunities to meet business needs, managing the tactical execution of SP initiatives, analyzing SP performance, and liaising with various cross-functional stakeholders. This role will help to bridge insights and opportunities between the Vertex SP partners & SP Account Managers and internal stakeholders, such as the US Brand Teams, Trade & Distribution, Guidance and Patient Support, Payer Marketing, and Payer Account Management. This position is headquarters-based with travel requirements of up to 25% for direct engagement with SPs and conference attendance. Primary Responsibilities * Lead execution of the ongoing evaluation of SP performance via benchmarking across the network and industry, and leading regular market research initiatives (internal or external) * Lead the strategic planning of SP Quarterly Business Reviews by collating stakeholder input, building timely content to inform SPs of Vertex resources & initiatives, providing recommended content based on annual Commercial Goals, and pursuing innovative ways of sharing the Vertex vision with SPs * Participate in SP Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and capture insights across network to inform internal stakeholders & internal QBR content * Cull network SP insights and performance related to US Commercial goal attainment * Actively participate in various brand team working groups to represent SP in the brand strategy and development of SP tactics; represent SP during annual brand planning, as needed * Manage brand marketing campaigns & partner with non-branded marketing lead to build disease education resource awareness * Project manage contract negotiations, demonstrating a keen understanding of the SP/pharma compliance landscape * Bridge insights and actions between SPs and ACCESS workstreams to help ensure timely ACCESS validation and pull-through * Partner with Managed Markets Analytics, BICO, and GIS to continuously improve data availability & benchmarking resources for the SP team.
