We are seeking a night shift Meds-to-Beds Pharmacist to join our Outpatient Transitions of Care team in Meridian. The night shift Meds-toBeds Pharmacist delivers medications to patients in the ED and OR.

What you can expect from this role

• Work with highly skilled nurses, and other medical team members to consult on medications

• Consult with patients

• Supervise and authorize the work of our technicians

• Ensure records on medication therapy, prescriptions, patient charges, and inventory are accurate and up to date

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program

• Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
