Duties:SKILLS NEEDED

• Appreciate the need to adapt direct patient care to meet the needs of a diversity and cultural sensitivity

• Communicate clearly when speaking and/or writing

• Ability to pay close attention to details in tasks that are routine and repetitive

• Good customer relation skills

• Ability to stand and walk for a full eight-hour shift required

• Efficiently solve problems commonly encountered in one's work

• Display a caring attitude toward patients in all aspects of job responsibilities

• Perform medication reconciliation daily to ensure consistency between medication orders in pharmacy dispensing software and the clinic electronic medical record

• Assist with maintaining a dual pharmacy inventory

Qualifications:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy)

• Current Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin

• Must be able to comply with Ho-Chunk Nation Drug and Alcohol Policy

• Maintain CPR certification

• Up to date on COVID-19 and flu vaccines PREFERRED APPLICANTS: -Have immunization certification and experience giving vaccines
