• Verify orders
• Check outgoing medications to the dispensing cabinets
• Med order review and entry

Position Requirements:

• IN State Pharmacist license required
• Hospital inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 

• Order Entry System: HCS; will train
• Site Automation: Omnicell; experience preferred
• Dress Code: Business casual
