In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes: Patient Safety Pharmacy Professional Practice Regulatory Requirements Quality Assurance Customer Service Personnel Management Inventory Management Financial Profitability Loss Prevention Workflow Management A key component of the Staff Pharmacist role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)* Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

About the Job This position supports contract team leads personnel and the Area Engineer by conducting district wide review of Contract documents before letting, field process and procedure training for entry level contract personnel, and supporting Final Construction Records (FCR) innovation and contract closeout. A Day in the Life * Provide support with Quality Control and Training of field personnel on contracts: * MOT and Work zone Reviews, including understanding of detour routes throughout the district and how it effects other contracts; * Communicate with Permits section to understand Permits that may affect construction projects; * Understand upcoming Utility movement within the area: * Communicate consistency and Geotechnical boring locations and contract implications of soils found in the Geotechnical report; * Provide change orders summary and help District teams understand the details including Errors and Omissions, looking to save dollars and time on contracts; * Support the district through coordination with MN Sub District Operations Managers and Foreman; * Help Area Engineer with day to day operations and tasks that they may need completed including the question and answer process and future contract assignments; * Support Contract Lead personnel with Final Records documents and material records; * May run the largest contracts within the district if the need arises; * Help to keep track of customer service requests and respond as needed; * Lead innovation by helping to support ideas from the field, including leading implementation across the State of Indiana; * Work on special projects with changes needed with specification and other contract related documents; * May attend meetings on behalf of the Area Engineer; * Attend community events and college job fairs to help support the public perception of INDOT; * Lead the efforts around teaching of the Certified Technician Program; * Provide training within Site Manager and other electronic programs to field employees; * Performs other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For * Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited school; * Licensed as a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana; * Minimum two years relevant experience, four years preferred; * Must possess valid driver's license; What You'll Need For Success * Considerable knowledge of civil engineering, employee training and development, and supervisory principles and techniques; * Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to comprehend and interpret variety of civil engineering principles, techniques, procedures, criteria, plans and specifications and related data;Considerable knowledge of Microsoft programs; * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid engineering/technical conclusions and use statistical analysis; * Ability to cooperate with coworkers on group projects and establish a friendly atmosphere with coworkers; * Ability to handle routine and sensitive contacts with governmental officials, consulting firms, contractors, and the general public, and, * Ability to plan and develop engineering projects with controversial problems and/or novel engineering related concepts and approaches.
