Title: Clinical Pharmacist

3 pharmacist openings:

• The salary range: $58.00-$60.00 with a sign on bonus given (2.5k)
• Clinical Pharmacist for our Med Surg Floors

• Full Time 40 Hours (decentralized week 7a-3:30p, centralized shifts 12:30p-9p, 1:30p-10p, as needed overnight coverage, holidays, every 3rd weekend)

• Clinical Pharmacist

• Full Time 40 hours (M-F, every third weekend, holidays, as needed overnight coverage)

• Hematology/Oncology Pharmacist

• Full Time 40 Hours (Rotating Days, Weekends, Holidays)

Location: Hartford, CT

Salary: approx. $120,000-$124,800. ($2.5k sign on bonus)

Job Description: Supervises the work of supportive personnel (ie: pharmacy technician and associates) through monitoring and

checking activities to ensure safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of drugs and to meet federal and

state regulations.

Optimizes drug therapy for the general patient population by designing drug therapy that is appropriate,

correct, and cost-effective in order to maximize positive outcomes.

May provide direct patient care for pain management through patient evaluation, recommendations, and

follow-up in response to the physician's request or as part of the critical path.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

• Hospital experience (preferred)

• Current state of CT Pharmacist's License issued by the Department of Consumer Protection.

• Pediatric experience (preferred)
