PharmaceuticalSales Representative


The Professional Sales Representative (PSR) is engaging HealthCare Professionals (HCPs) in face to face discussions to promote assignedclient product(s), maximize the product(s) selling potential and meet programand Client objectives. The PSR achieves this by developing and maintainingrelationships with HCPs and educating them about product features, benefits,safety profile and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. ThePSR utilizes approved tools and resources for product promotion and maintains acompetent level of product, territory and customer activity knowledge.



Cardiovascular Experience Preferred

o Bachelors degree (any major) from anaccredited college or university is required.

o Prior pharmaceutical sales within the identifiedterritory considered but not required

o Entry level or new to industry candidatesconsidered

o Knowledge of the medical, healthcare orpharmacy industry and skills in clinical selling are preferred

o Demonstrated effective organizational andcommunication skills

o Leadership, self-motivation and initiative

o Demonstrated judgment and decision-makingcapability

o Be results oriented with demonstrated timemanagement skills

o Ability to learn, analyze, understand andconvey complex information

o Demonstrated technical aptitude and computerskills are essential

o A valid driver's license and safe drivingrecord


o Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

o Clear, articulate and grammatically sound speech.

o Strong focus on providing customers with superior support andservice.

o Ability to learn, understand and communicate complex information.

o Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

o Must be able to deal with people at alllevels inside and outside of the company.
