Pharmaceutical Care Pharmacist

Full Time

Days

Please note this is a seven on/ seven off position. The hours are 11:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.

Required Minimum Education:
1.B.S. from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
2.Licensed by, and in good standing with, the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy

Required Minimum Experience: Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Required Minimum Skills:

Strong order entry and computer skills.

Good oral communication skills.

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care, working closely with other healthcare professionals, to ensure safe

and accurate medication distribution and administration. Provides consultative/clinical services to the members of the

assigned unit. Responsible for adhering to and practicing within the guidelines of Georgia State Pharmacy Law.

Responsibilities Required Minimum Skills: Must exhibit excellent communication skills because this position requires frequent verbal and written communications with: physicians, patients, visitors, departmental staff and nursing staff. The employee obtains, presents and discusses clinical information regarding job responsibilities on a routine basis. Candidate must be able to explain or give directions to maintain goodwill, and obtain cooperation with all contacts. Must possess the ability to function independently and under pressure while still actively participating in a team environment. Position requires the employee to exhibit excellent customer service skills always. Must be able to perform effectively in a stressful and fast paced work environment. Can prioritize appropriately. Must be detail oriented and have the capacity to effectively multitask throughout the work shift Can prioritize appropriately. Keeps abreast of new rules and regulations set forth by Federal, State, Local governing bodies, ACR and/or modality specific society best practices. Competent to perform and post-process all advance modality cases. Ability to program or revise scanner/equipment protocols. Must possess critical thinking skills. Qualifications Full Time Evening Shift Chief Technologist Radiology Required Minimum Education: Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiology Technology. Prefer BS degree in Health Sciences or related field, if not ARRT. Required Minimum Certification: ARRT -MR or ARMRIT or ARRT-CT or ARRT-S or ARDMS or ARRT-NM or CRNT or ARRT-M; Current BLS certification. Required Minimum Experience: Three (3) years' experience in Modality. Prefer one (1) year supervisory experience.
