You'll be a part of a team that helps organisations in transforming their supply chains into a strategic asset. You'll work with our clients to develop a supply chain strategy, optimise their supply chain footprint and logistics, manage transportation and distribution, and develop an integrated business planning solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively lead the practise by setting strategy, drive the development of new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines

  • Building strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalise on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of different business units and sectors

  • Identifying and discussing key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities

  • Responsibility for a majority of day to day client communications

  • Responsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria

  • Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team

  • Responsibility for management of engagement financials

  • Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas: - Building a consulting practice for a full spectrum of QMS IT Solutions (QMS IT strategy, Vendor Selection, Configuration, Change Management, Implementation) for pharmaceutical and medical device companies; - Developing and maintaining relationships with target and client executives; - Leading proposal development, client presentations, and project negotiations; - Leading client projects to develop user requirements, QMS IT vendor selections, implementation plans, cost/benefit analysis; - Building mutually beneficial partnerships with QMS IT Vendors such as Sparta/TrackWise, VeevaVaultQMS, MasterControls; - Developing detailed user requirements, functional requirements and technical requirements; - Implementing, configuring, integrating, testing, and validating QMS IT Solutions; - Developing and executing change management plans; - Publishing thought leadership in the area of QMS IT Solutions (implementations, industry leading practices, new technologies, etc.); and, - Demonstrating successful project implementations.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in the following areas: - Identifying and addressing client needs; - Developing and sustaining extensive client relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; - Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; - Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection; - Leading teams to generate a vision to establish direction and motivate members; - Creating an atmosphere of trust; - Leveraging diverse views; and, - Coaching staff to encourage improvement and innovation.
