Drive end to end Digital Marketing projects delivery from design stage to production releases. ● Proficiency in Pharma processes for website build, regulatory reviews/CAC, DARM approvals, FDA launch windows. ● Execute Site Launch and MTP activities for Pharma product sites in alignment with J&J internal defined processes and pharmaceutical industrial standards set by CAC, DARM & FDA. ● Understanding of J&J Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience and CVM therapeutic areas and their product offerings. ● Implement process standardization across all different therapeutic areas. ● Work with client team to define the key processes, identify gaps and opportunities by active monitoring to drive continuous process improvements. ● Create process flowcharts and distribute across all squads for clear articulation and implementation. ● Lead change management activities upon process modifications/improvements across all therapeutic areas. ● Define OKRs with business/technology partners and track the key results for business reporting. ● Present the metrics data to J&J leadership. ● Interact with design agencies in pharma domain and collaborate on design intake for site builds/enhancements and UAT/launch. ● Possess very strong business analysis skills to grasp requirements.
