Pharm Svc Tech Supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Lead regular department meetings to ensure consistent and accurate PST directives across all LivingCenters

• Lead and provide direction to assigned PST team

• Ensure PST budget is within pharmacy allotted budget which includes monitoring expenses and overtime

• Assign, manage and coordinate team schedules

• Delivers coaching and feedback to PST team to assure optimal team performance

• Works closely with hub pharmacy and operations support team to assure effective transition, implementation and ensure superior customer service

• Resolve issues at facility or pharmacy when escalated from PST team members or Operations Support Specialist

• Oversee in-service and training to all facility nursing staff over multiple shifts

• Deliver coaching and feedback to PST team leads and/or members to assure optimal team performance

• Oversee on-site go-live support (10 days)

• Ensure PST members are completing daily PST checklist and submitting issues report

• Ensure PST members are reviewing and monitoring inventory of e E-Kits and/or E-Cabinets and reorder as necessary

• Place stock into automated dispensing units as appropriate.

• Perform routine maintenance as well as first-call troubleshooting protocols for automated dispensing units. Perform on-call responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates degree in business; Two (2) years equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in long term care, preferred

• Must be licensed and/or registered with the State Board of Pharmacies and in good standing in the states that the Hub services or be willing to obtain.

• Minimum three (3) years pharmacy experience, preferred

• Experience managing at least three (3) direct reports, preferred

• Previous training experience

• Valid driver's license with good driving record and valid insurance

• Ability to travel up to 75% on flexible schedule to meet client's needs.

• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
